It all begins with an olive grove. We are in the Alto Garda region, where the mediterranean microclimate and history are linked to give birth to a vocation: the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil.

It’s here that in 2012 Mario Morandini started the machines for  his olive-press OlioCru, a company dedicated to promoting and preserving the territory.

This is the objective that brought about research into the possible uses of the leftovers from oil production. A new company, born directly from OlioCru, takes on this research. With the collaboration of the Research and Innovation center of the Edmund Mach Foundation in San Michele all’Adige (TN), we have begun an important research project with the objective of developing products that take full advantage of the high nutritional, antioxidant and prebiotic values of olive.

This is not where our investment in research and innovation stops. because we are convinced that this precious green fruit still has many more surprises to yield and just as many benefits to offer you.

Our circular economy

Rather than business people, we are dreamers first and foremost.
Our greatest desire is to be able to have a positive effect on global environmental impact through small actions.
And so is our circular economy born.

The olives from which our products derive are grown according to organic farming methods, fully respecting the plant, the environment, and people.

We don’t waste any part of the olive. in a virtuous cycle, everything that is left over from the pressing of olives gets integrated in our project for the complete, functional and innovative reuse of olives.

Not only do we make healthy foods from dried pitted olive pulp, we also divide the seed from the wooden part of the pit.

This part is used as fuel and thus becomes an energy source. From the seed, through a process of cold extraction, we obtain olive seed oil, which has notable antioxidant properties.
